  ibleed4u

Overview

ibleed4u is a program that is in it's pilot stage where we take unproven but eager to learn persons with an interest in working in theatre and give them a job. The ibleed4u prerogative was initiated for two purposes. One, was to provide young and green actors, directors, writers, technical staff, stage managers, etc... a chance to prove themselves and their dedication in a true life working situation. The second reason for ibleed4u, is to present the work of these amateurs to the professionals for direct scrutiny of their work and suggestions for improvement.

What to Expect

Expect to work and learn. This is just like any other job you've ever had. People will be depending on you and you will have significant responsibilities. You will have a variety of support individuals to assist you but you will need to rely on your past experiences and commonsense to teach you what you really need to know. Expect to be employed for about two months part time. Once we get closer to production however, it might convert to full time.

Cost

There is no cost or application fee for being a part of ibleed4u. You are in fact providing us with a service, even if in turn you gain experience, and therefore you deserve to be paid for your work. The remuneration will be negotiated after acceptance. If you are younger than 18, it will be required to have a legal guardian present during negotiations and that they co-sign your application.

How to Apply

The process is simple enough. Simply provide us with the following:

1. Filled out copy of the application (found below).
2. A copy of your resume.
3. A short description of why you feel you would benefit from this program.
4. Simply email, fax, mail, or drop off your package to us.
